About
Bellinger Valley VIEW Club was formed in 1985.
We are an enthusiastic and friendly group of women who provide support and friendship for each other while promoting the work of The Smith Family. Our club raises funds to proudly sponsor five disadvantaged students on the Smith Family's Learning for Life program. We take pride in hearing about their educational journeys and achievements. A number of members tutor school children with reading at the local primary school. This is greatly appreciated by the school community.

We meet monthly for a luncheon and an enjoyable program which includes a guest speaker or activities around a theme such as our birthday in June or "Christmas in July" celebrations. In addition to our meetings we also enjoy social outings, such as bus trips, morning teas, croquet, soup and slice days, Kegel bowling.

2021 Birthday Celebrations
On 21st June, Bellinger Valley VIEW Club celebrated their 35th+1 Birthday, with the theme Diamonds are Forever. President Gina was joined by VIEW NM Advisor, Wendy in the cutting of the Birthday cake.
Many visitors came from other clubs in our NM Zone to celebrate with us; Nambucca-Macksville, Urunga, Bonville-Boambee, Nambucca River, Korora, Grafton, and Woolgoolga Day Clubs were well represented. Thank you ladies for accepting our invitation.
It was a joyful occasion, particularly because it was delayed for a year due to the pandemic lockdown last year..
Giri, our entertainer, sang us some great songs from yesteryear and we enjoyed eating birthday cake and admiring our glittering table decorations.
Congratulations to our members who received club badges on our special day.

National and Regional News
NA01 Zone Conference
One hundred and nine women descended on the East Maitland Bowling Club on Saturday May 20, 2017 for NA 01 VIEW Clubs’ Zone Conference. Members came from the following clubs– Abermain, Cessnock, Maitland, Myall River, Nelson Bay, Raymond Terrace, Stockton and Tilligerry as well as Branxton, Hunter, Muswellbrook and Redhead. Also attending was National Vice President Gloria Walter, Past National President Lorraine Montgomery and Past National Vice President Chris Newell.

Zone NA02 members from Denman, Merriwa, Muswellbrook and Branxton VIEW clubs, took advantage of the perfect weather conditions to enjoy a “Walk with VIEW” on Saturday 22nd April.

2017 International Women's Day, Tamworth
The combined VIEW Clubs of Tamworth celebrated International Women’s Day in Tamworth on Saturday 11th March with members from Gunnedah, Manilla and Narrabri clubs also attending.
