A valued part of The Smith Family

Noosaville VIEW Club

Noosaville VIEW Club was formed in 1999.  We are a fun loving group who meet at the Tewantin-Noosa RSL and Citizens' Memorial Club, Memorial Drive, Tewantin for lunch on the fourth Thursday of each month.  Guest speakers at our meetings provide varied and interesting topics for all to enjoy.
We enjoy fundraising and believe wholeheartedly in our main purpose of raising funds for the ten students we proudly support under The Smith Family Learning for Life program.
Our Friendship Days of fun and frivolity are held on the second Thursday of each month and activities on these days are varied, taking in morning and afternoon teas; luncheons; fashion parades; bus trips; and much more.
Long time members will be quick to tell you that they have made wonderful acquaintances and very close friends through our club's fellowship.
Some of our members make a difference within our own community by volunteering in the name of VIEW in local schools, either helping in class or assisting with breakfast clubs.
We are about VIEW: Voice, Interests and Education of Women."
We are always open to new members, so please get in touch today and come and see what it's all about.

  • Meeting Day on 4th Thursday each month

Our friendship outing for September was a trip to Camera Works and the Cheese Factory in Kenilworth, Kev showed two interesting movies and we then enjoyed a talk and delicious lunch at the Cheese Factory.

Big thanks to Tewantin RSL for taking us in their courtesy bus.

We had a very interesting and informative talk from Doug McDonald the bee keeper at the September meeting and we were all thrilled to take home a lovely jar of his Pomona Raw and Organic honey.

Noosa Triathlon

Three of our lovely members volunteering at the Triathalon, a very important part of our fundraising for our LFL students.

Our Christmas in July Luncheon was a lot of fun with members wearing Christmas colours.  Lots of green and red and sparkles.

The great speaker, a local FM radio presenter, spoke eloquently in her lilting Irish accent, and was also very funny.

We have elected our committee for 2020—a good mix of experienced and new members.

We are proud to support 10 Learning for Life students from Year 1 to university.  All received Christmas greetings and gift vouchers and all keep in touch even though they don't know us.

We are delighted to welcome five new members.
