Our Club
Through fun, friendship, and fundraising, our club is committed to raising funds to sponsor five Learning for Life students, enabling them to get the most from their education through assistance and support from The Smith Family's Learning for Life program.
Our Club is actively involved in fundraising activities. Not only do we raise significant funds to support five Learning for Life students, but we also contribute to The Smith Family's Winter Appeal, Christmas Book and Toy Appeal and many Joyspreaders programs.
We meet monthly for lunch and meetings, which includes informative guest speakers, and fun activities. In addition to our meetings, we also enjoy many social outings, such as Ferry Trips, Mini-Golf, Morning Melodies, and many more.
Our many activity groups offer the opportunity for members with common interests to meet regularly and have fun. There are books, gardening, craft, and morning tea groups to name just a few. All these groups, are coordinated by Group Leaders and are well attended.
If you believe that supporting children with their education is the best way to break the cycle of disadvantage, then all you need to do is come along and join us, make new friends, have fun, while at the same time making a difference to the lives of young Australians.
