A fun filled Melbourne Cup themed meeting with plenty of fun with games and sweep stakes and best dressed ladies.

Melbourne Cup celebrations is a great opportunity for our ladies to dress up.

Members enjoyed an interesting presentation by our own Lynne,.  In her own unique style, Lynne spoke of keeping happy, with lots of fun, and thoughts to address life's challenges.

We had a special Santa visit at a wonderful Christmas Party which two of our Members organised to raise funds for our Learning for Life students.  Games and fun and a lovely meal was enjoyed by everyone.

Members enjoyed a very interesting talk by guest speaker, Sheila Twine, on her experiences and times in Turkey.  Sheila is always a wonderful speaker and we were all enthralled by her presentation.

We had a magnificent result for our June Bunnings BBQ raising $2,400 for our Learning for Life students.  This was only possible by a group hard working people.

We celebrated our 20th birthday with a party attended by over 80 members and guests from other clubs.

The candles were lit by two founding members Mabel Laidlaw and Mim Taylor and the party was organised by Lyn and Sandy - games - raffles and good food were enjoyed by everyone.
