"Making a Difference" Awards
Is there a member of your club deserving of national recognition? If so we would like to hear about them.
VIEW National Executive and National Council are inviting all clubs to recognise and acknowledge a member who is living our VIEW values by nominating them for a “Making a Difference” Award.
On a quarterly basis members will receive a letter of acknowledgement from VIEW Executive, be recognised on the VIEW website and will be added to our VIEW member honour roll at National Convention.
Nomination Criteria
A member who is role modelling one or more of VIEW’s values above and beyond the normal expectations:
Inclusive and welcoming Diverse and respecting
Supportive and caring Locally focused while nationally active
Collaborative and future looking
And/Or
A member who has made a significant contribution to VIEW’s vision and mission.
Vision: Women creating and leading a more inclusive Australian society
Mission: As a leading voice and valued support network for women VIEW actively raises awareness of, and participates in, the work of The Smith Family.
Club Nomination Process
I. Club members discuss and decide on a suitable member nominee.
II. Club completes the Nomination form
III. Club sends the completed Nomination form together with a high resolution photo of the nominee – to view@thesmithfamily.com.au

Make a spectacle for you and your friends... as part of VIEW celebrating The Smith Family’s Centenary of commitment to improving the lives of Australian children.
Make them as colourful as you want, the sky's the limit.

Winners will be announced at National Convention 2022.

Conditions of Entry
- Entries close 31 July 2022 | email entries to view@thesmithfamily.com.au (do not send hard copies)
- Entries must include: Club Name, names of those pictured (L-R), and photo category entering.
- Photo must be of high resolution (minimum requirements: 1mb, 1536 x 1024 pixels)
Purple Poncho Photo Competition
Thank you to all who participated in this competition. There were 64 entries which saw a fifth category Ponchos in Iso added with COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020 and due to the number of entrants Fun and Frivolous was divided into separate categories. Congratulations to all entrants. The winners are:
