WALK WITH VIEW
Members of Manilla VIEW Club enjoyed a leisurely walk through the town centre in August on a Friday beginning at Molly May's the destination was the Manilla Preschool.
This was a special day promoting VIEW Clubs and The Smith Family. Ladies prepared by blowing up red and blue balloons, "The Smith Family" colours. Carrying our balloons and VIEW umbrellas and wearing VIEW colours purple and green the ladies attracted attention and questions from shoppers in the main street.
At the Preschool, a delightful concert was presented by the children and staff playing the musical instruments donated by Manilla VIEW ladies.
Much laughter, joy and happiness was shared between children and visitors. Thank you to Jenny and staff for a memorable visit also a delicious morning tea. Manilla is lucky to have a preschool of this calibre in our town.
A return walk or drive back to Molly Mays for lunch, completed a full and enjoyable day for members.
Great to see so many join in the WALK WITH VIEW and to add more colour to our beautiful town.
Coleen Neboraczek Publicity Officer.
